Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ARXA processes in connection with this website, why, on what legal basis, for how long, and what you can ask us to do about it. The controller is identified above. For anything in this policy, write to privacy@arxacapital.com.

This website collects nothing. There is no form, no account, no cookie and no tracker. The only personal data we process in connection with the site is the email you choose to send us, and the technical logs the host keeps for any website.

The processing carried out when we verify invoices for a client is governed by the agreement signed with that client, in which ARXA acts on the client’s instructions. This policy does not cover it.

What we process

Email. If you write to us, we process what your message contains: your name, your email address, whatever you tell us about your company and your role, and the content of the exchange that follows.

Technical logs. The host records the usual server log data for every request: IP address, browser user agent and timestamp. We do not combine these logs with anything else, and we do not use them to identify you.

We do not collect special category data, and we ask you not to send any. Please do not put confidential client data, invoice files or personal data about third parties in an email to us.

Your rights

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the CNIL, or to the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.

What we never do

We take no decision about you by automated means alone, and we do no profiling. We do not sell personal data. We run no targeted advertising and no cross site tracking. This service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

Anexo Colombia: Política de Tratamiento de Datos Personales

Este anexo se publica en español conforme a la Ley 1581 de 2012 y al Decreto 1377 de 2013, compilado en el Decreto 1074 de 2015, cuyo artículo 2.2.2.25.3.1 fija el contenido mínimo de la política de tratamiento.

1. Responsable. El nombre o razón social, el domicilio, la dirección, el correo electrónico y el teléfono del Responsable figuran en el bloque de identificación de esta página y en el Aviso legal. Para asuntos de datos personales: privacy@arxacapital.com.

2. Tratamiento y finalidad. Los datos que usted nos envía por correo electrónico se tratan para responder a su mensaje, preparar un piloto y mantener la relación comercial entre profesionales.

3. Derechos del Titular. Conocer, actualizar y rectificar sus datos; solicitar prueba de la autorización; ser informado sobre el uso dado a sus datos; presentar quejas ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio por infracciones a la ley; revocar la autorización y solicitar la supresión de los datos cuando proceda; y acceder de forma gratuita a sus datos.

4. Área responsable. Las peticiones, consultas y reclamos se atienden en privacy@arxacapital.com.

5. Procedimiento. Envíe su solicitud a privacy@arxacapital.com indicando su nombre, el motivo y los datos sobre los que recae. Las consultas se atienden en un plazo máximo de diez (10) días hábiles, prorrogable por cinco (5) días hábiles más. Los reclamos se atienden en un plazo máximo de quince (15) días hábiles, prorrogable por ocho (8) días hábiles más, conforme a los artículos 14 y 15 de la Ley 1581 de 2012. En ambos casos se le informará la razón de la prórroga y la fecha en que se atenderá su solicitud.

6. Vigencia. Esta política rige desde la fecha de versión indicada al inicio de la página. Los datos se conservan mientras dure la finalidad y hasta 3 años después del último contacto iniciado por el Titular.

Autorización. Esta versión del sitio no tiene formulario: no recogemos datos por esa vía. Si usted nos escribe, tratamos los datos de su mensaje con la única finalidad de responderle y dar seguimiento a su solicitud. Para cualquier otro tratamiento le solicitamos su autorización previa, expresa e informada, y el silencio no equivale a autorización. Conservamos la prueba de la autorización que recibamos, conforme al artículo 17, literal b, de la Ley 1581 de 2012.

Encargados. Cuando un proveedor trata datos por cuenta de ARXA, la operación es una transmisión y se rige por un contrato de transmisión, conforme a los artículos 2.2.2.25.5.1 y 2.2.2.25.5.2 del Decreto 1074 de 2015.

Transferencias internacionales. Las transferencias internacionales de datos se realizan conforme al artículo 26 de la Ley 1581 de 2012 y a las instrucciones de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

Annex United States

We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We run no cross context behavioural advertising.

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. This site runs no analytics at all, so there is nothing for it to switch off.

Where a state privacy law applies to a given processing, the rights it grants apply: access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Write to privacy@arxacapital.com.

We do not assert that the CCPA applies to ARXA. Its thresholds, including annual gross revenue above USD 26,625,000 from 1 January 2025, are not met.

Where the UK GDPR applies, it governs the processing described above, together with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
