Frequently asked questions

Product

What exactly do you check?

Eight points per invoice: e-invoice integrity (XML, CUFE, DIAN), debtor acceptance and endorsements in RADIAN, liens in the RGM, duplicate financing, restrictive lists, credit-insurance limits and collections.

Where does the data come from?

The invoice files and your tape, checked against official Colombian sources: DIAN, RADIAN and the RGM. Accessed only with the authorizations Colombian law requires.

What can't you verify?

Anything outside the registries: invoices never registered in RADIAN, liens not filed in the RGM. We flag them as unverifiable, never as clean.

Does it replace our due diligence?

No. It makes it continuous and invoice-level. Credit decisions stay with you.

What happens when a check fails?

You receive an exception with the evidence attached, reviewed by a person before it reaches you.

What do you need to start?

An invoice tape and the originator's authorization. No integration for the pilot.

Why Colombia?

Mandatory e-invoicing and official registries make invoice-level checks possible at scale.

Independence and data

Do you lend, guarantee or insure?

No. We do not lend, guarantee, insure or rate credit, and we never hold client money. We verify and document.

Who owns the data and the reports?

You do. We use your data only to deliver the service, under NDA and a data processing agreement. Cross-lender duplicate checks share a match signal, never your tape.

How do you protect our data?

Encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to named people under NDA. Details on the Security page.

Which privacy laws apply?

Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and the GDPR. Requests: privacy@arxacapital.com.

Commercial

How is it priced?

A monthly fee per facility, plus setup. Pilot terms on request.

How does the pilot work?

One facility, a fixed scope, success criteria agreed in writing. Three slots in Q4 2026.
