ARXA is a resident group finance office in Panama. We make a Panama headquarters genuinely run — qualified finance people on the ground, decisions taken and documented in-country, and group reporting and consolidation produced locally.

A registered office is not a headquarters. Under the SEM regime — and, from fiscal year 2027, Law 526 — a Panama seat holds only when it is genuinely run. We are the finance function that makes it real.

We serve SEM and EMMA headquarters, multinational groups preparing for Law 526, Panama-headquartered operating groups, and PE funds and family offices with Panama holdings. Reporting fluency across US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP and French GAAP.

ARXA is led by a finance executive from a Big Four audit practice and one of Europe’s largest restructuring funds — reporting, FP&A, M&A, due diligence, valuation and debt, with group consolidation a specialty. Resident in Panama. Working languages: English, Spanish, French.
